By submitting photographs, videos, or other media (“Media”) to The Bama Standard Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Permission
You confirm that you are the owner of the Media submitted or have full legal permission from the owner to submit it. You also confirm that any individuals appearing in the Media have granted permission for their image to be used.

2. Minor Consent Requirement
If the Media includes a person under the age of 18, you certify that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of the minor, or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent for the Media to be submitted and published.

3. Grant of Use
By submitting Media, you grant The Bama Standard Network LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and promote the Media on:

• The Company website

• Social media platforms

• Promotional materials

• Recruiting databases and athlete profiles

• Podcasts, videos, and live streams

This license may be used for promotional, editorial, recruiting, and marketing purposes.

4. No Compensation
You understand and agree that no payment, royalties, or compensation will be provided for the use of submitted Media.

5. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information submitted alongside the Media is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The Company reserves the right to edit or remove Media or information at its discretion.

6. Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless The Bama Standard Network LLC, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of submitted Media.

​

7. Right to Remove Content
The Company reserves the right to remove any submitted Media or profile at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Agreement Confirmation
By submitting Media through this website or form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Photo & Media Submission Release Agreement.
